Grape sauerkraut with onion burgers
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: crumbly potatoes ((3 kg bag), in quarters), butter, bay leaves (bag of 4 g), sauerkraut (500 g), white (grapes (bake 500 g), halved), vegetarian hamburgers (a 150 g, vega), onions (in half rings) and red pepper (in strips).

Boil the potatoes in water with salt for 10 minutes. Heat 30 g of butter in a frying pan. Bake the potatoes with 2 bay leaves in 15 minutes brown.

For a less acidic taste, rinse the sauerkraut and add water until the sauerkraut is just underneath. Add the grapes and simmer for 15 minutes with the lid on the pan.

Bake the burgers in 20 g of butter according to the instructions on the package. Spoon the onion, bell pepper and the last bay leaf. Season with pepper.

Divide the burgers over 4 plates, scoop the onion and peppers. Serve with the grape sauerkraut and fried potatoes.
