Gratin cauliflower with paprika and onion
Vegetarian cauliflower dish from the oven with out, paprika and cheese.

Preheat the oven grill to 220 degrees. Put the puree in the baking dish and cover it with aluminum foil. Heat the puree in the oven while it preheats. Meanwhile cut the florets of the cauliflower.

Boil the cauliflower florets in plenty of boiling water for 3 minutes. Chop the onion and cut the pepper into thin strips. Fry the onion in the oil until golden brown. Pour the cauliflower florets, mix them with the onion and the peppers.

Remove the puree from the oven and spread the mixture with the cauliflower florets over the puree. Beat the cream with the eggs and cheese and pour this mixture over the cauliflower florets, onion and peppers.

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over it. Place the dish in the middle of the oven under the grill and let the dish turn golden brown in approx. 10 minutes. Serve the gratin cauliflower dish hot.
