Green beans with Mediterranean tuna sauce
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, potatoes (Pommes Primeur (bag a 1 1/2 kg)), green beans (cleaned), tuna moot in olive oil (160 g), red pepper (chopped), onion (chopped), garlic (chopped) and black olives (in slices (jar 240 g)).

Halve the potatoes and cook them in little water in 25 minutes until tender.

Boil the green beans in plenty of boiling water with salt for 6 minutes.

Drain the tuna, collect the oil.

Heat 2 tablespoons of tuna oil in a small frying pan and fry the peppers, onion, garlic and olive slices.

Divide the tuna into pieces and spoon it into the pan with the mixture.

Warm it gently by hand.

Drain the green beans and shake them with 1 tablespoon of tuna oil.

Divide the potatoes and beans over 4 plates, scoop up the tuna mixture and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste..
