Spinach lasagne with anchovies
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, onions, olive oil, leaf spinach à la crème (frozen), besciamella sauce mix (pack of 2 bags a 50 g), semi-skimmed milk, anchovies (a 48 g), lasagne sheets (250 g) and ground aged cheese (a 150 g).

Preheat the oven to 175 ºC.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat oil in frying pan and stir-fry onions for 3 minutes.

Spinach by onions and heat 8 min.

Prepare bean sauce with milk according to instructions.

Let the anchovies drain and cut into pieces.

Stir anchovies through spinach sauce and season to taste with pepper.

Lay the spinach sauce and anchovies in a bowl.

Then create lasagne sheets and a layer of bechamel sauce.

Repeat 2 more times, cover with bechamel sauce.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Lasagne in the middle of the oven in 35 minutes until tender and light brown.

If necessary cover with aluminum foil if top is too brown.
