Grilled fillet steak with risotto funghi and broccoli
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, risotto funghi (275 g), broccoli (in florets), fillet steaks (a la minute (350 g)), olive oil, anchovy fillets (tin 46 g) and garlic.

Prepare the risotto according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli in 5 minutes al dente.

Heat a grill pan.

Brush the fillet strips with 1 tablespoon of oil.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill them for 4 minutes, turning them halfway.

Cut the anchovies and garlic as finely as possible.

Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over low heat.

Fry the anchovy garlic mixture for 1 minute and then add the broccoli.

Serve with the risotto and the fillet patties..
