Tomato leek with fresh sausage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh sausage, vegetable margarine, onions, tomato cubes (a 400 g), potatoes (solid, peeled), sliced leeks (a 300 g), garlic, Amsterdam (onions (340 g)) and fresh parsley (a 30 g).

Sausage baking in 1 tbsp butter.

First on high heat, then on lower heat with lid on pan, occasionally turning.

Peel and chop onions.

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in another large pan and fry onion.

Add tomato cubes, just fry them.

Cut potatoes into small cubes.

Add leek and potatoes to sauce.

Peel garlic and squeeze, add to stew.

Add the contents of 1 can (400 ml) of water and add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover with a lid on pan for 15 minutes on a low heat.

Cut sausage into slanted slices and add to stew.
