Grilled nectarine with raspberries
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: nectarines, oil, powdered sugar, raspberries and rosé (or apple juice).

Heat the grill pan.

Halve the nectarines, brush the cut sides very thinly with oil and grill the nectarines for 1 minute with the cut side down.

Sprinkle the grilled side of the nectarines with icing sugar.

Puree the raspberries (keep some raspberries behind for garnishing) and the rosé or apple juice with a hand blender or in the food processor.

Or crush the raspberries with the back of a spoon or in a mortar and then stir in the moisture.

If necessary, press the raspberry sauce through a sieve to remove the seeds.

Divide the raspberry sauce over four dishes and place 2 grilled nectarine halves in each dish.

Garnish the dessert with the trailed raspberries.
