Grilled sea bass with lime
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, courgettes, olive oil, limes, red pepper (seed strips removed), butter, spring onions ((3 pieces), in slanted rings) and sea bass ((350 g) *).

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the zucchini in thin slices lengthwise. Brush them with 3 tbsp oil and place them on a griddle covered with parchment paper. Fry them for about 10 minutes in the middle of the oven until done.

Squeeze out 2 limes and halve the others. Cut the pepper into strips. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the red pepper and the spring onions for 2 minutes. Add the lime juice.

Heat the grill pan. Dab the sea bass dry and brush with the rest of the oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and grill the fish in 6 minutes until done. Turn the last minute. Grill the lime halves in the corners of the grill pan.

Place the fish on a dish and pour the sauce over it. Garnish with zucchini and lime halves. Delicious with pandan rice and vegetables for fish (bowl 400 g, fresh department).
