Grilled tuna with garlic and pepermie
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tuna steaks (frozen 2 packs of 250 g), noodles (bag of 500 g), sunflower oil, Chinese stir-fry mix (2 bags of 400 g), wok sauce (Szechuan (bottle of 200 ml)) and garlic (and pepper (mill a 35 g)).

Place tuna steaks on the plate and defrost.

Cook according to directions on packaging.

2 tbsp oil in wok heating.

Stir in vegetables for 5 minutes.

Make the sausage sauce through and bake for another 1 min.

Dry the tuna steaks, cover with a little oil and sprinkle with garlic and pepper from the grinder.

Cook 2 min.

In hot grill pan on each side.

Add garlic and pepper from grinder to taste.

Create fruit and vegetables on 4 plates.
