Grilled white tuna with avocado salad
White tuna from the grill with a salad of avocado.
Chop the onion very finely and put into a bowl. Cut the tomatoes into quarters and add to the onion.
Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon from the peel.
Cut the flesh into small cubes and also put in the bowl.
Clean the lime and grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze the fruit. Mix the grater, juice and oil through the vegetables.
Cut the coriander roughly and mix through the salad. Season the avocado salad with pepper and salt.
Heat the grill pan. Cut the bread into 8 slices and brush with the oil on both sides. Grill the bread for 3 minutes. Turn halfway.
Clean the grill pan and put it back on the fire. Brush the tuna with the oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill the tuna steaks 5 min. Halfway through.
Brush the bread with the mayonnaise and spread the arugula over it. Cut the tuna into slices and spread over the arugula.
Put 1 tbsp avocado salad on each slice of bread and serve the rest next to it. Yummy! .
