Grilled steak with pepper-garlic rub
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, almond shavings (bag of 45 g), four seasons pepper (coarsely ground (mill a 35 g)), olive oil, garlic, chicken steak (frozen), broccoli florets (a 300 g) and potato wedges (seasoned in peel). (a 425 g)).

Dry almonds in dry frying pan.

In a bowl mix pepper with 2 tbsp oil and garlic above it.

Cover steak around it.

Broccoli in boiling water with salt for 3 minutes.

Drain in colander.

Heat in wok rest of oil and fry potato wedges for approx.

4 min.

Add the broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Meanwhile, heat up the grill pan and grill for approx.

5 minutes.

Halfway through.
-
Place steaks each on a plate.

Create potato-broccoli mixture next to it.

Sprinkle with almonds..
