Gyros dish
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, gyro meat strips, onions (in rings), paprika mix ((3 pieces, green and red and yellow), in strips), crumbly potatoes and garlic sauce (bottle 260 ml).

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the gyro strips for 2 min. Scoop the onion and pepper through and cook for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, poke the potatoes around and puff them in the microwave at 800 watts in 12 minutes. Turn them halfway. Let them go for 2 minutes in a clean kitchen towel.

Place the potatoes on 4 plates and add the gyro mixture. Serve with the garlic sauce.
