Haddock in korma with yellow rice, with leeks, garden peas, fish sauce, korma and salted cashew nuts.

Directions

  1. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic and leek for 4 min. On medium heat.
  3. Add the garden peas, korma and fish sauce and heat for 4 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.
  4. Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into rings and chop the nuts.
  5. Place the haddock in the sauce and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.
  6. Scoop the spring onions and cashew nuts through the rice and serve with the korma.
