Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, cut the garlic finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the garlic and leek for 4 min. On medium heat.

Add the garden peas, korma and fish sauce and heat for 4 minutes on low heat. Stir frequently.

Meanwhile, cut the spring onion into rings and chop the nuts.

Place the haddock in the sauce and cook over low heat for 3 minutes.

Scoop the spring onions and cashew nuts through the rice and serve with the korma.
