Halloumi with oregano and lime
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: olive oil, cheese (haloumi), shoarma breads, oregano, paprika powder and lime.

Preheat the grill to the highest setting.

Grease grill plate with 1/2 tablespoon of oil.

Haloumi cut into 6 equal slices.

shoarma rolls each cut into 3 triangles.

Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and bake breadcrumbs in about 3 to 4 minutes until light brown and crispy, turning occasionally.

Take leaves of oregano from twigs.

Put cubes of cheese on grill plate under grill.

Roast cheese for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese begins to melt.

Place cheese on shawarma triangles and sprinkle with oregano and paprika powder.

Lime squeezing and shaorma triangles here lightly drip.

Serve immediately..
