Halloumi with oregano and lime


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: olive oil, cheese (haloumi), shoarma breads, oregano, paprika powder and lime.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Grease grill plate with 1/2 tablespoon of oil.
  3. Haloumi cut into 6 equal slices.
  4. shoarma rolls each cut into 3 triangles.
  5. Fry 2 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and bake breadcrumbs in about 3 to 4 minutes until light brown and crispy, turning occasionally.
  6. Take leaves of oregano from twigs.
  7. Put cubes of cheese on grill plate under grill.
  8. Roast cheese for 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese begins to melt.
  9. Place cheese on shawarma triangles and sprinkle with oregano and paprika powder.
  10. Lime squeezing and shaorma triangles here lightly drip.
  11. Serve immediately..
