Ham cheese schnitzel with zaanse mustard
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Zaanland cheese (1 cm thick, approx. 400 g), Zaanse mustard, ham, egg, flour, breadcrumbs and (olive) oil.

Cut crust of cheese.

Cut cheese into four equal pieces of approx.

5 x 10 cm.

Pieces of cheese cover with mustard.

Wrap slice of ham around each slice of cheese.

Eat the egg in deep plate.

Spread flour and breadcrumbs on 2 flat plates.

Sprinkle ham cheese slices one by one through flour, then pass through egg and finally roll through breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating and cook ham cheese chops on medium heat in approx.

3 min.

to turn halfway.

Cut the schnitzels for another 1 min.

Gently until cheese is well melted.

Tasty with a mixed salad, apple-apricot compote and röstikoekjes..
