Ham cheese schnitzel with zaanse mustard


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Zaanland cheese (1 cm thick, approx. 400 g), Zaanse mustard, ham, egg, flour, breadcrumbs and (olive) oil.

Directions

  1. Cut crust of cheese.
  2. Cut cheese into four equal pieces of approx.
  3. 5 x 10 cm.
  4. Pieces of cheese cover with mustard.
  5. Wrap slice of ham around each slice of cheese.
  6. Eat the egg in deep plate.
  7. Spread flour and breadcrumbs on 2 flat plates.
  8. Sprinkle ham cheese slices one by one through flour, then pass through egg and finally roll through breadcrumbs.
  9. Heat oil in large frying pan with non-stick coating and cook ham cheese chops on medium heat in approx.
  10. 3 min.
  11. to turn halfway.
  12. Cut the schnitzels for another 1 min.
  13. Gently until cheese is well melted.
  14. Tasty with a mixed salad, apple-apricot compote and röstikoekjes..
