Cupcakes in the form of a hamburger. Nice as a treat for the children at school.

Ingredients
- 125 g unsalted butter extra for covering
- 125 g fine cristalsugar
- 8 g vanilla sugar
- 2 medium sized egg
- 125 g self raising flour extra for pollinating
- 3 el semi skimmed milk
- 1 el Sesame seed
- 4 el Raspberry Jam
- 30 g Voilà
- 6 Oreo cookies
- 6 slice Theha coconut bread
- 24 Fruitella sugar free fruit gums

Directions

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.

Brush the cavity molds with some butter, dust with some flour and shake out excess flour.

Cut out 12 matching circles from the baking paper on the bottom of the mufin mold cavities and place them in the hollows.

Beat the butter (at room temperature), the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar with a mixer in 5 min. Light and airy.

Beat the eggs (at room temperature) one by one.

Strain the flour above it and fold it as lightly as possible. Stir in the milk (at room temperature).

Distribute the batter evenly over the cavities of the muffin mold. Sprinkle with the sesame seed.

Fry the cupcakes in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown and done. Remove from the oven and leave to cool for 5 minutes on a rack in the muffin tin.

Remove the cupcakes from the mold and let it cool down completely. In total this takes about 1 hour.

Halve the cupcakes along the way. Divide the jam as 'ketchup' over the bottom halves.

Cut the green into 12 slices, make balls and roll them into thin 'leaf lettuce' and place on the jam.

Halve the Oreo biscuits along the way and put it on the fondant as a 'hamburger'.

Halve the coconut bread and place it on the biscuits as 'cheese'.

Put 2 fruit gums as 'vegetables' on the cheese and spread the rest of the jam over it.

Place the tops of the cupcakes on them and if necessary insert a stick or flag.
