Hamburgers with avocado salsa
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corncobs, avocados (peeled and pitted), spring onions (in rings), lemon (pressed), olive oil, hamburgers and spicy cheese (eg mature cheese).

Cook the corn cobs for 10-15 minutes in plenty of boiling water.

Cut the avocados into cubes.

Mix them with the spring onion, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Lubricate the corn cobs with oil and grill them on the hot barbecue.

Turn them regularly.

Grill the burgers on the barbecue brown on one side and turn them over.

Put a slice of spicy cheese on it and let it melt while the hamburger bakes on the other side.

Serve with a large scoop of avocado salsa and the corncobs..
