Hangop with apricots
A tasty Dutch recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: full yogurt, lemon (scrubbed), vortex apricots (without pit (bag 500 g), in pieces), white wine (bottle 250 ml), sugar, cinnamon stick, vanilla pod (bag 1.5 g) and blue berries (150 g).

Rinse the tea towel under the tap, wring out and place in a sieve. Put the sieve in a bowl and pour the yogurt into the tea towel. Put in the refrigerator for at least 10 hours.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon. Put the apricots with the grater, wine, sugar and the cinnamon stick in a pan. Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Put the stick and the marrow in the apricots. Bring everything to the boil and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Let it cool down completely and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Remove the vanilla and cinnamon stick from the apricot mixture.

In 4 glasses, spoon a tablespoon of apricots with adhering moisture. Divide half of the hanging, blue berries (keep 12 behind) and the rest of the apricots. Divide with the rest of the hanging cup and the blue berries.
