Italian ricotta with Proscuitto which is Parma, basil, parsley, lemon juice, ricotta and houmous.

Fry the slices of Proscuitto di Parma in a pan with non-stick coating on medium heat until crispy.

Slice the basil and the parsley.

Spoon the basil, parsley and lemon juice through the ricotta and season with salt and pepper.

Put 2 tl houmous in each glass and divide the herb ricotta over it. Crumble the ham coarsely and insert the pieces into the herb ricotta.
