Herb ricotta with crispy ham


Italian ricotta with Proscuitto which is Parma, basil, parsley, lemon juice, ricotta and houmous.

Directions

  1. Fry the slices of Proscuitto di Parma in a pan with non-stick coating on medium heat until crispy.
  2. Slice the basil and the parsley.
  3. Spoon the basil, parsley and lemon juice through the ricotta and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Put 2 tl houmous in each glass and divide the herb ricotta over it. Crumble the ham coarsely and insert the pieces into the herb ricotta.
