Honey mandarin with vanilla quench
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pine nuts, mandarins (no seeds), liquid flower honey (a 600 g), vanilla quark and powdered sugar.

Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat around golden brown.

Use a sharp knife to cut off the top, the bottom and then the orange and the white skin of the mandarins.

Cut the mandarins into thick slices.

Put them on a large plate, along with the released juice, and drizzle the mandarin with the honey.

Divide the vanillekwark over 4 bowls and spoon the slices of mandarin on top, drip the liberated juice over it.

Sprinkle the desserts with the pine nuts and icing sugar to taste..
