Honey mandarin with vanilla quench


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: pine nuts, mandarins (no seeds), liquid flower honey (a 600 g), vanilla quark and powdered sugar.

Directions

  1. Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan over medium heat around golden brown.
  2. Use a sharp knife to cut off the top, the bottom and then the orange and the white skin of the mandarins.
  3. Cut the mandarins into thick slices.
  4. Put them on a large plate, along with the released juice, and drizzle the mandarin with the honey.
  5. Divide the vanillekwark over 4 bowls and spoon the slices of mandarin on top, drip the liberated juice over it.
  6. Sprinkle the desserts with the pine nuts and icing sugar to taste..
