Ice shrimp cocktail with apple
A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, pine nuts (80 g tray), apple (freshly sweet (eg jazz)), lemon (clean-fried), full yoghurt, mayonnaise, olive oil (mild), lettuce (only the inner leaves), ice-cream prawns ( a 125 g), flat parsley ((a 20 g) and chopped leaves).

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the pine nuts in 3 min. Golden brown. Let cool on a plate. Cut the apple into quarters, remove the core and cut the quarters into thin slices.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the yogurt, mayonnaise, oil and lemon zest into a dressing. Season with lemon juice, pepper and salt.

Place the leaves of lettuce on a large, flat dish. Divide the shrimp and apple over the lettuce leaves. Sprinkle with the dressing and spread the parsley and pine nuts over it. Tasty with toasted bread or baguette and lime and lemon wedges.
