Icecream ice cream with mango and red pepper
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: red pepper, mango, honey, orange juice, cinnamon powder and ice cream.

Preheat the oven grill.

Cut the stalk of the pepper, cut the pepper into wafer-thin rings and remove the seeds.

Peel the mango with a peeler and cut the flesh into thin slices of the kernel.

Halve the slices.

In a bowl, stir the honey with the orange juice and the cinnamon powder.

Put in the mango and pepper rings.

Divide the mixture into a small low oven dish and slide it 10 cm under the hot grill.

Let the mango turn golden brown and soft in 5-8 minutes, shovel regularly.

Note that the pepper rings do not burn.

Divide the ice over four dishes and spoon the mango with red pepper over it..
