A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, seaweed fillet, lemon juice, full yogurt, mild Indian curry paste (pot), coconut (ground) and spring onions (in rings).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the catfish into 4 equal portions and spread them over the 4 pieces of foil (approx. 30 cm). Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle some salt. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the curry paste, coconut and spring onions. Spoon this over the pieces of fish. Fold the aluminum foil tightly. Keep the packages in the refrigerator.
  2. Place the packages with the folding seam upwards on the grid and let the fish cook in 10-15 minutes. Delicious with flat, flat bread from India.
