Indian fish package with yoghurt and coconut
A nice Indian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, seaweed fillet, lemon juice, full yogurt, mild Indian curry paste (pot), coconut (ground) and spring onions (in rings).

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the catfish into 4 equal portions and spread them over the 4 pieces of foil (approx. 30 cm). Sprinkle the lemon juice over the fish and sprinkle some salt. In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the curry paste, coconut and spring onions. Spoon this over the pieces of fish. Fold the aluminum foil tightly. Keep the packages in the refrigerator.
