Indian vegetable dish with eggs and peanut sauce

Cook the carrots for about 15 minutes. Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, scare them under cold water, peel them and halve them. Heat the satay sauce in a saucepan according to the instructions on the pot.
