Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
-
Put the hazelnuts in the baking dish and grill golden brown in approx. 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a plate.
-
Melt the butter on low heat in a saucepan.
-
Put the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt in a large bowl and mix.
-
Make a well in the middle of the flour mixture and pour the buttermilk and melted butter into it. Beat the egg and add.
-
Mix with a mixer with dough hooks 3 min. To a cohesive, sticky dough.
-
Add the hazelnuts and raisins and mix with the mixer until they are evenly distributed over the dough.
-
The dough is now sticky and holds the middle between batter and dough. Pour the dough onto a flour-sprinkled worktop.
-
Sprinkle the dough with flour and form a roll of bread.
-
Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cut it crosswise with a serrated knife.
-
Fry the bread in 40-45 min. Golden brown and done. If you tap the bread and it sounds hollow, then it is done. Eat the bread warm or at room temperature.
