Italian chicory with arugula
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: pine nuts, chicory, olive oil, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), dried rosemary, arugula (lettuce and 75 g).

Roast 3 tb pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter until golden brown.

Let cool on a plate.

Cut the underside of the stalk chicory and cut the chicory in half.

Remove the hard core.

Remove the leaves, wash and dry them.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 2 minutes.

Add the garlic and rosemary and cook for 1 min.

Spoon the chicory and stir-fry 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the heat and mix in the rocket.

Sprinkle with the pine nuts..
