Directions

  1. Make the Italian salad with ⅘ part of the supplied dressing and spread the salad over the plates.
  2. Place a portion of carpaccio on each plate of salad, sprinkle with the supplied crouton mix and cheese and sprinkle generously 4 seasons of pepper.
  3. Cut the ciabatta into slices.
  4. Drizzle the rest of the dressing over the carpaccio and serve with the ciabatta.
