Make the Italian salad with ⅘ part of the supplied dressing and spread the salad over the plates.

Place a portion of carpaccio on each plate of salad, sprinkle with the supplied crouton mix and cheese and sprinkle generously 4 seasons of pepper.

Cut the ciabatta into slices.
