A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tartar, steak (stick), cornflakes, onion, oil, mango slices in syrup (439 grams), raisins and sweet chilli sauce.

Press the tarttails a little flatter. Sprinkle the steak herbs on both sides over the tarttails.

Put the cornflakes in the plastic bag and crush them with crumbs with your hand. Sprinkle the crumbs in a plate and press the burgers on both sides.

Remove the skins from the onion and put the onion on its side. Cut the onion into thin slices.

Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Bake the burgers and the slices of onion in about 6 minutes brown. Stir occasionally into the onion slices so that they become rings. Turn over the burgers and onion rings halfway.

In the meantime, cut the mango slices into cubes. Scoop the raisins and chilli sauce through. The salsa is ready.

Put some onion rings on each burger and add some mango salsa. You can of course also take a different sauce! Serve with French fries.
