Japanese almond noodles with shiitake
A nice Japanese recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: noodles (box of 500 g), onions, almonds, cherry tomatoes, shii-takes (a 100 g), sunflower oil, sliced leeks (300 g) and Japanese soy sauce (bottle of 150 ml).

Cook according to directions on packaging.

Rinse cold.

Peel onions and cut into wedges.

Chopping almonds.

Cut tomatoes into wedges.

Halve Shii-take.

Heat oil in wok.

Sprinkle with onion and leek for 5 minutes.

Add Shii-take and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add half tomatoes, almonds, noodles and soy sauce and heat well.

Add pepper to taste.
