Japanese beef strips with egg noodles


A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg noodles (250 g), oil, beef strips natural (350 g), sesame seeds (100 g container), bok choy (stem and leaf in strips), mushrooms ((250 g), sliced ) and Japanese teriyaki sauce (160 g).

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the beef strips 3 min. Put the strips on a plate and keep them warm under a lid. Roast the sesame seeds in a frying pan without oil or butter in 1 min. Light brown and shake on a plate.
  2. Stir-fry the paksoistelen and the mushrooms in the same wok in 4-5 min. Crispy and cooked. Put the pakisoiblad through. Add the meat strips and teriyaki sauce and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. Season with pepper.
  3. Divide the noodles and the meat strips over 4 bowls. Sprinkle with the sesame seed.
