Japanese carpaccio


A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, roast beef (service department meat products), mayonnaise, soy sauce (bottle 150 ml), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml), cucumber, lime (clean scrub), honey, carrot julienne (a 150 g), spring onion ((3 pieces), in rings), thin sesame crackers (thin crisp sesame and 190 g).

Directions

  1. Divide the roast beef over 4 plates. Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and mix in the soy sauce and oil. Sprinkle the roast beef with the soy mayonnaise.
  2. Use a peeler to peel the cucumber into long ribbons and spread over the roast beef. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit. Mix the grater and the juice with the honey in a bowl and pour the carrot julienne through.
  3. Spread the carrot salad over the plates and sprinkle with the spring onions. Serve with the crackers. Delicious with noodles (plate 400 g) with a dressing of 2 tbsp soy and 2 tbsp sesame oil.
