Japanese roast beef with wasabi marinade
A nice Japanese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, white rice, wasabipasta (tube a 45 g), garlic, Japanese soy sauce, oriental stir-fry oil, roast beef à la minute (a ca. 275 g), green beans and shi-branch mushrooms (150 g).

Cook the rice according to the instructions for use.

Stir in wasabi paste, garlic, soy sauce and 4 tbsp oil marinade.

Cut the meat into strips and mix with marinade.

Eat green beans and cook almost in 5 minutes.

Shiitake and cut into slices.

Heat in wok rest of oil.

Add meat and bake for 3 minutes.

Remove meat and keep it warm.

Shiitake 2 min stir-fry.
-
Add green beans and stir-fry for a further 1 min.

Add meat, marinade and 75 ml water and heat through and through.
