Slice the garlic. Remove the skin from the sausages.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic for 1 min. Add the sausage meat and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the rosemary, tomato cubes and kale. Stir well and roast with the lid on the pan for 20 minutes on low heat.

In the meantime, rinse the capuchin in a colander under cold running water and let it drain well.

Add to the coal and warm for 3 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
