Kibbeling with creamy carrot macaroni
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, multigrain macaroni (pack 500 g), olive oil, onions (finely chopped), carrots (scraped (500 g), sliced), crème fraîche (125 ml), basil (pot 11 g), fried quibbling (300 g and cooling fresh).

Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the package. Drain and collect a cup of cooking liquid. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the onions for 1 min. Add the carrots and fry until tender in 4-5 min. Stir in the crème fraîche and heat for another 1 minute. Season with the basil, pepper and salt.

In the meantime, heat the remaining oil in a frying pan and fry the quibbling in warm and crispy for 3-4 minutes.

Mix the macaroni and the carrots and add a splash of cooking liquid. Divide over 4 plates and serve with the quibbling.
