Lamb chops with baby potatoes and green beans
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, fresh potatoes in the skin (500 g), ready-to-eat green beans (250 g), shoarma spices, lamb chops, sweet-soured silver onions and salt.
Turn the grill pan over and over.
Meanwhile, heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in frying pan.
Create new potatoes and green beans.
Add 3/4 dl water and 1 teaspoon of shawarma herbs and simmer potatoes and green beans for approx.
12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In the meantime stir the remainder of shawarma herbs through the rest of the oil and cover the lamb chops.
Cutlets in a grill pan in about 5 minutes nicely browned and roast on the inside, halfway turning.
Meanwhile, coarsely chop the silver onions and create potato mixture.
Season with salt and on two plates.
Place chops on it..
