Lasagna with Tuna


Italian lasagna with tuna and bechamel sauce.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  2. Wash and cut the courgettes into slices. Drain the tuna.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the zucchini in about 4 minutes. Add the tuna and sugo and heat for approx. 2 min.
  4. Prepare the berry milk with milk according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Pour a layer of sugo into the baking dish. Place a layer of lasagne sheets on top and pour a layer of besciamella sauce over it. Repeat to 2 layers.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake the lasagna in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes until lightly browned and done.
  7. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil if the top becomes too brown.
