Halve the sheets of lasagna and cut each half diagonally. Boil the 12 pieces of lasagna in plenty of water with salt for 3 minutes. Let them drain over the edge of the colander.
-
Cut a piece of the bottom of the asparagus. Boil the asparagus in water with salt in 1 min. Until al dente and drain in a colander. Beat the cream thickly and fold the goat cheese with the paprika and pepper through it.

Put in 4 dishes each a triangle of lasagna and put a slice of pastrami on it. Divide half of the asparagus over the dishes and place a spoon of the cream. Repeat the layer. Cover the whole with the last lasagne triangles and brush them generously with the rest of the cream.
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the dishes on the grid in the middle of the oven. Bake the lasagna for about 10 minutes. Put the dishes each on a plate.
