Lasagne with ricotta, spinach and smoked salmon

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 2-3 min. Gently.

Spoon the spinach in parts and let shrink on high heat.

Press the spinach with a spatula against the wall of the wok or pour the excess moisture from the wok.

Spoon the ricotta and the grated cheese through the spinach.

Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Divide the salmon into pieces.

Make layers of 3-4 lasagne sheets, spinach and salmon in the baking dish. Finish with lasagne.

Beat the rest of the ricotta with the milk, pepper, salt and nutmeg and spread this mixture over the last layer of lasagne.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, lay on the lasagne and sprinkle with pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the dish.

Allow to cool. Cover the dish with cling film and put in the refrigerator until use (but at least 1 hour).

Preheat the oven at 175 ° C for 30 minutes in advance.

Remove the foil and put the baking dish on a grate in the middle of the oven and bake the lasagne in brown for about 30 minutes.
