Directions

  1. Halve the lasagne sheets in width and cut them diagonally. Bring plenty of water with salt to the boil and cook the triangles in 3 min. Until al dente.
  2. Keep the water moving with a spatula so that the lasagne does not stick together. Let the triangles drain over the edge of a colander.
  3. Cut half of the basil leaves fine. Cut the tomatoes into 8 pieces each.
  4. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
  5. Halve the slices of ham and cut the mozzarella into thin slices. Grease the baking dishes and put a triangle of lasagna in each dish.
  6. Put half a slice of ham on it. Divide ⅖ of the tomato over the ham and sprinkle half of the chopped basil over it.
  7. Put a slice of mozzarella on it and season with pepper. Repeat the layer. Cover the whole with the last lasagne triangles.
  8. Brush generously with the sour cream and place the last slice of mozzarella on top.
  9. Sprinkle pepper and salt over the mozzarella and place the pieces of the last tomatoes on top. Finally, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the tomato.
  10. Place the dishes on the grid in the middle of the oven. Fry the lasagne for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
  11. Take the dishes out of the oven, put them each on a plate and garnish with the leaves of basil.
