Oven dish with leeks, hammocks and mashed potatoes.

Directions

  1. Season the meat with salt, pepper and paprika and leave to soak.
  2. Slice the garlic. Fry the meat in the butter over medium heat brown. Allow the garlic to fry for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Cook the meat with the lid diagonally on the pan in 30 min. Until done.
  4. Peel the potatoes and cut into pieces. Boil the potatoes in a bottom of water with the lid on the pan in 20 minutes until done.
  5. Clean the leek and cut into rings. Fry the leek in the butter and add the mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.
  7. Drain the potatoes, crush them and add the butter and warm milk while stirring. Season with nutmeg, pepper and salt.
  8. Spoon the pre-mix into the oven dishes, divide the meat and the gravy over it and spread the puree over the meat.
  9. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs over the mash and put lumps of butter on it. Put a dish in the oven and let it turn brownish in 30-40 minutes.
