Leeks in creamy mustard sauce
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kilo'tje solid, possibly peeled), rib chops (600 g), oil, leeks (in pieces of 5 cm), cooking cream (bottle 250 ml) and Dijonnaise (jar 200 g) .

Halve the potatoes and cook them according to the instructions on the package. Dab the rib chops dry with kitchen paper and rub them with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the pork chops on both sides until golden brown and cooked according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the pieces of leek in half and clean them under cold running water. Bring a pot of water to the boil, add the leeks and cook until tender for about 15 minutes. Drain. Stir the cream with the dijonnaise and stir this through the leek. Spoon the leek until the sauce is warm.

Serve the leek in mustard sauce with the potatoes and pork chops.
