Lemon chicken with roasted pepper chicken
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: poultry, lemons, flour, dried Italian culinary herbs, garlic (pressed), chicken fillets ((about 300 g) or 2 chicken breasts, in broad strips), roasted peppers ((a 465 g), drained) , ricotta cheese (cheese, a 250 g) and olive oil.

Lemons, clean potatoes and zest, grate (lemons are not used). In lemon bag mix with lemon, Italian herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Add chicken strips, knot the bag and shake well to cover chicken evenly with herbs. Allow at least 30 minutes in refrigerator to withdraw.

In high bowl peppers with ricotta purée. Season the mixture with salt and pepper. Heat the grill pan and lightly coat with oil. Chicken strips in about 6 minutes on medium heat brown and cooked grilling. Grilled chicken served cold or hot with paprika chicken.
