8 balls lemon sorbet bake 500 ml

4 ice cream coupes, mortar

Directions

Leave 4 leaves of basil.
Slice the rest of the leaves.
Grind the chopped basil with the sugar in a mortar until the sugar has turned green.
Cut the strawberries into pieces.
