Grilled figs with honey quark
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: veded figs, dark caster sugar, liquid margarine, low-fat cottage cheese, liquid honey and oatmeal.

Preheat the oven grill.

Cover the baking dish with baking paper.

Figs crosswise cut.

Unfold the figs as 'florets' and place them upright in a baking dish.

Place a few grains of caster sugar and a few drops of margarine on each fig.

Figs roast lightly in 5 minutes.

Mix cottage cheese with honey.

Meanwhile in dry frying pan with non-stick coating oatmeal roasting golden brown and crispy roasting.

Distribute figs on four plates.

Create quark.

Sprinkle oatmeal over it.
