Lettuce with cambozola
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian appetizer contains the following ingredients: olive oil, chestnut mushrooms ((250 g), in quarters), cabbage lettuce, balsamic vinegar, honey, cambozola (cheese), roma tomatoes (in parts), avocado (in pieces), forest onion ((3 pieces) and in rings).

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large frying pan and fry the mushrooms in 4 min. Until cooked and golden brown. Remove the salad leaves, wash them and dry them in a lettuce centrifuge or pat dry with kitchen paper.

Make a dressing of the rest of the oil, the balsamic vinegar and the honey. Season with pepper. Crumble the cambozola into pieces. Divide the salad, the mushrooms, the cambozola, the tomatoes, the avocado and the spring onion over 4 plates and pour the dressing over it. Delicious with ciabatta bread.
