Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the tomatoes.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the tomatoes and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes. Change regularly. Season with pepper and salt.
  5. In the meantime, cut the rucola coarsely.
  6. Drain the pasta and mix with the arugula through the shrimp and tomato. Serve immediately.
