Lukewarm bean salad with tuna
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, green beans (very fine (450 g, frozen)), olive oil, spiced ribs with garlic and rosemary (600 g, frozen), tuna on olive oil (a 185 g), white wine vinegar, chives (box 50 g, frozen), semi-sun-dried tomatoes ((jar 295 g), in pieces), giant beans (Spanish (400 g) and drained).

Cook the green beans al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the potato wedges according to the instructions on the package.

Pour the oil from 1 can of tuna into a salad bowl.

Beat the vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil through it.

Season the dressing with salt and pepper and scoop 1 tablespoon of chives, together with the pieces of tomato and the giant beans.

Let the remaining can of tuna drain.

Drain the green beans and scoop them with the potato wedges through the salad.

Divide the salad over 4 deep plates and put the tuna on it.

Sprinkle the chives..
