Lukewarm noodle salad with marinated tuna
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lime, cream sherry, Japanese soy sauce, tuna steak (about 150 g), ginger root, garlic, stir-fry oil, red pepper, fresh basil (15 g), salted cashew nuts, egg noodles and rocket lettuce (30 g) ).

Lime balsam and zest coarsely grate. Lime squeezing. In bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of sherry and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Dice the tuna and create marinade. Slice ginger root thinly. Peel garlic. Expel the ginger and garlic in the garlic press above the bowl.
