Lukewarm oriental salad with tuna steak


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, rice (bags, 250 g), stir-fry oil, Chinese vegetable mix (a 400 g), Japanese soy sauce, sherry, wasabi paste (tube a 45 g), fresh coriander (15 g) and tuna steak (a 140 g).

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to instructions and allow to cool.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the wok or casserole and stir-fry the vegetables for 5 minutes.
  3. Add half of soy sauce and fry.
  4. In large salad bowl dressing beat 2 tbsp oil and soy sauce, sherry and wasabi paste.
  5. Dressing by creating rice and vegetables.
  6. Cut coriander.
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan and bake tuna according to the instructions for use.
  8. Cut tuna into strips and divide into salad.
  9. Season the salad with coriander..
