Lukewarm potato salad with mustard chops


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (Pommes Culinair (bag 1, 5 kg)), courgettes, flowers honey (pot 600 g), mustard, oil, rib chops, vinegar (white nature), raw vegetables ((150 g) and spicy).

Directions

  1. Cook the potatoes in the skins until 25 minutes. Cut the courgettes into pieces of 6 cm and cut them lengthwise into slices. Mix the honey with 2 tablespoons of mustard, 1 tablespoon of oil and salt and pepper and brush the zucchini slices and pork chops. Roast the pork chops on both sides for 5-6 minutes and the zucchini slices on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Beat a dressing of the rest of the mustard and the oil with the vinegar and some salt and pepper. Peel the warm potatoes and cut them into slices lengthwise. Spoon them with the spicy raw vegetables and the dressing. Serve the lukewarm potato salad with the roasted chops and courgettes.
